The CATs are excited to partner with Panorama Farms and title sponsor Formula Complete Fitness for the 2nd annual Naked Creek Trail Race.
Film Festival
The event will again be held at Visible Records (many thanks to them for accommodating us). Chairs are not necessary this year, but ok to bring a folding chair or something soft to sit on if you wish. BYOB is allowed and Visible Records now has a kegerator with requested donations of 2.50$ per beer - hard to beat that.
When: Saturday, April 11. Doors open 6 PM, “Curtain time” 7 PM (run-time is approx. XX min)

Calling all CATs! We are beyond excited to announce the second of two additional trail races that the CATs are hosting this winter: The Walnut Creek 5 and Dime! After you've knocked the December rust off and tuned up the ticker at the Burke Creek Barn Burner races, come on out and test your mettle against the rocks, roots and hills on the gorgeous trails at Walnut Creek Park!

Brace yourselves for an adventure at the Burke Creek Barn Burner Trail Race! The CATs are thrilled to unleash this new race as a way to keep the trail community together during the winter months. The event offers 5K and 15K courses showcasing Pleasant Grove Park's cross-country trails and gravel roads.

Late Summer Meltdown 4-miler (Copy)
The Late Summer Meltdown starts at Pen Park and follows parts of the Rivanna Trail on single-track and double-track trails. The out-and-back course has some rolling hills and flat grassy sections and is not very technical. The total elevation gain is 416 ft. The race is open to all interested racers, runners, and walkers. The Late Summer Meltdown is the fourth and last race of the Charlottesville Summer Trail Running Series.
Boars Head Turn & Burn
Explore the sweet trails at the Boar’s Head Resort, and the amazing start/finish area by the lake. The course has a total distance of 5 miles and a total elevation gain (and loss) of 745 ft.
The race is open to all interested racers, runners, and walkers. Subject to race caps.
The Turn & Burn is the third race of the Charlottesville Summer Trail Running Series
O'H!lly Trail 5K
The OH!lly Trail 5K takes place completely on single-track trails with challenging and fun ups and downs. The total elevation change is 684 ft.
Mint Springs Trail 5K
Experience the beautiful mountain trails of Mint Springs Valley Park with the annual Mint Springs Trail 5K! Enjoy a great morning at the park as this challenging course winds up and down the mountain trails and finishes at the pavilion at the upper lake.
Film Festival
The Trail Film Festival is back and now is your chance to sign up! We had a great inaugural event last year and this year’s film selections look equally motivating and moving. They encompass a range of runners facing a variety of challenges and success or failures. Everyone will leave feeling inspired and want to hit the dirt running. Check out the trailer here!
